Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 7 days since you receiving.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
When the merchandise is returned, the gifts also must be returned together if there are some gift sent with.
Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment), then enclose the return section below with the item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of this form to ensure proper return address.
Personalized or customized items
Once placed, orders for personalized or customized items cannot be canceled, and these items cannot be returned. We usually ask that you take special care when specifying measurements of your size, and if requested, the style and color of the personalization.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of your return.
